How do we get our refunds?
Hey does anyone know if we got our tickets through ticketmaster, how are we suppose to get our money back? I am trying not to mad about this and be an understanding fan but I wish something would have been posted about how to get our money back. Can anyone help me figure it our.

I got an email from TM 2 days after the announcement that the tour was cancelled/postponned. I received my 1st refund the week after. I had bought more tickets to other shows and for those i had to call in. You just give them your order number and they will refund you.
but hey, better hold it for a bit longer, she might go back on the tour...(am hopefully she will)

i think it gets refunded to your credit card... i'm pretty sure.. that's what i understood

i think if u call them or if u or go into the nerest ticketmaster center.....and im with u....trying not to get mad....just alittle dissapointed......but hey thats the music bis.....
