thats a bummer, but i wouldnt expect anything different from ticketmaster.

Very thorough review of concert

Ticketmaster had tickets. They did a bad job of letting us previous ticket holders know....I didnt get a notice. I had fabulous seats to the cancelled ones. I got ok seats, not the best...kinda sucked.

The show was good, though. Tour manager Tim was being Tour manager Tim. There were only 4 people in the back and I asked Tim if I could meet Kelly really quick for a picture and I got a no. Then Bill Gates walks in. No lie. He jammed out to the show in the front row, dancing along.
Dance along more than Kelly. I felt she could have rocked out/moved around more than she did.
Vocals were great, look was great. Annoying girls nearby sang loudly and offkey...way offkey...to Because of You, which was annoying because it's such a sad song. I dont care if they sang like that to Since You Been Gone or Behind Hazel Eyes or something.
She did a lot of the singles, some tracks off of Breakaway and My December. The end of the show almost looked like I was watching a comedy act-she had a curtain up in the back or something, a light on her, and she stood there....almost like a comedian.

The opener sounded so much like ...Rob Thomas I think it was who I compared him to...so I like Rob Thomas, so I liked Jon McLaughlin.

Show was good. Kelly needs to rest up after the Reba tour so she can get to work on her next album (I hear it's due out in early 2009?) and tour again. Maybe she'll be able to spare 5 minutes or less to meet the couple of people wanting to meet her.
