I made this Wallpaper for any Kelly Clarkson Fan out there! I love it so much. It's so pretty =] And yes I did make it with my PSP 7. Although I must say that i need an upgrade, any suggestions or ideas where i can get a new program under $100 will be greatly appreciated!

i actuallylike this a lot. and anyone will tell you that means a lot coming from me. get an old version of photoshop. i'm photoshop freak and out of all of them 7 is my favorite.
