I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...Kelly Clarkson is a great role model. I am a young teenage woman and right now there are fifty thousand different images being shoved in my face...there is pressure to be thin, pressure to fit in...but that isn't me. Kelly Clarkson on the other hand is normal weight, or in the music industry, apparently she is chunky, but she doesn't care and I like that...She also fought for what she believed in and didn't sell out...she doesn't revolve around fame and being in the public eye. She isn't caught half naked, drunk, roaming around LA. Also, she is the most down to earth celebrity, and she hasn't forgotten who she is...I love her because she is a good role model, and inspires me, and shows me that I can succeed, and I don't have to sell out or change to do so. She is somewhat of a light guiding my way through this hard time.
