my december hits number 2 on the BIllboard 200!!!!
"According to preliminary sales reports, however, Clarkson's third studio album—a somewhat edgier, darker effort than her previous offerings, on which all the songs were either written or co-written by the American Idol winner—should hit the Billboard 200 at number two this week, behind only Hannah Montana II: Meet Mylie Cyrus."
This is according to E! online. There is an article about Kelly signing with Reba's hubby as her new manager. Its a great article but i have no idea how to post to link here ( because im new at this!) so ya'll check it out!

I guess little kids have money now. Disney Channel does rule the world, all these kids love hannah montana. Oh well...number two is not bad at all. I'm so happy MD sold that many copies. It's like that cheerleader from Bring It On says, "2nd place, hell yeah!!!"

bummer, I was hoping for #1. 309,000 not to shabby... My little girl loves Hannah and I bought her that album last week as well. I have heard Hannah's album more than Kelly's this week. My little girl rules the car...lol. Anyways, way to go Kelly.... I love Never Again.

aww man she lost to hannah montana?? i think disney channel like rules the earth now or something...oh well guess we will have to kick disney channels butts next week or something and all go out and buy more kelly albums haha. but number 2 that is awesome!!! and people thought she wouldn't do good. ha we showed them didn't we.
The album weekly sales results from Hits Daily Double are now in. These results are only preliminary (I understand that official sales figures will be available from Soundscan.com on Wednesday (7-4-07) ). Below are the Top 10: Kelly's MD is #2, Miley's album is #1. Note that MD sales for the 1st week (300,089) exceed 1st week sales for both Thankful (297,000) and Breakaway (250,000).
