so I don't know if anyone heard about the EF5 tornado that went through kansas earlier this year in May. It whipped out a whole town or at least 95% of it. Well i had a friend who lived there. she wasnt actually there when it happened she was away at school with me living a normal life. that night changed her life and everyone one elses life around her town. she just recently moved into a new house in a new city. they decided not to rebuild in Greensburg. she called me yesterday with probably the worst news she could tell me right now. They were gone on vacation to visit some family. after natural disaster i think i would want to see family too, well they got a call from their new neighbors they day before they were coming back. Their new house was on fire. she lost everything again. 2nd time she lost her house and everything in it in less then 3 months. i can't even imagion what she is going through again. the nightmare just is not ending for her and i dont know what i can ddo about it. right now there is really nothing i can do to help her. they dont knwo if they can save the house or what. but to have everything taken away from you so fast twice is horrible. i guess what i can learn from her is that no matter how many times you loose property you still have people. all her animals and her parents and relatives in greensburg were ok. she knew some of the people that died, it wasnt a big town but she had her family and her animals and after the fire she still has everyone. its just property that she lost. matieral things that can be replaced. she gives me the courage to go on with my life know matter how bad i think it is. Kinda like how kelly gets me through all my hard times. i think i need to buy my friend the new kelly cd when i see her again in the fall when she moves back for school. it helps me with hard times maybe it will help her with her loss too. Anyone that is reading this and believes in some kind of higher power. could you just pray for my friend and everyone else that was effected by that horrible may tornado. and all of the other 97 tornados that happened that same weekend.
