Why am I a Kelly fan? Does this question, seriously, even need to be asked? The question you should be asking ANYONE is why are they NOT a Kelly fan. Because if you aren't a Kelly fan you are seriously off your rocker. This girl has so much personality and voice and spirit and just overall anything you can think of. I have truely fallen for this gifted beautiful woman, and she'll always be close to my heart.
