I made this Wallpaper for any Kelly Clarkson Fan out there! I love it so much. It's so pretty =] And yes I did make it with my PSP 7. Although I must say that i need an upgrade, any suggestions or ideas where i can get a new program under $100 will be greatly appreciated!
